The Non-Portal Email Secure Link Upload feature allows your office to transfer files securely to banks, mortgage companies, or even clients who do not desire or warrant having a Client Portal.
Setup is required before the Non-Portal Email Secure Link Upload can be used.

You may access the Non-Portal Email Secure Link Upload by using the Upload to Clients Quick Tile or by selecting Files > Upload to Client from the left menu.
A password is required to access the uploaded document. You can have the system generate a password by clicking the key icon. Click the drop-down arrow in the Password Length field to select the number of characters in the system-generated password. A password is required to access the uploaded document.
The Auto-generate Password field can also be used as a "text" field to enter a password of your preference.
Important Note: Password must be at least 8 characters. Letters, numbers and these special characters are allowed [ ! @ # $ % & . - _ ]. NEVER include the password in the email notification. The password can be communicated to the recipient via phone, text, or email.
Enter the Recipient's Name.
Enter the Recipient's Email Address.
Send BCC to the "From" selected is selected by default. Uncheck this box if your office does not want to receive a copy of the email.
The Notice Email From field is prefilled based on the Configure Non-Portal File Send/Receive Settings.
The Category will default to General Documents.
Enter an Email address in the CC and BCC fields to copy other recipients in this email.
Enter optional Notes to Client which will display on the Document download window of the portal. The Client Notes are not included in the notification email sent to the recipient.
The Email Subject is prefilled based on the Configure Non-Portal File Send/Receive Settings.
Enter the text for the body of the email that will be sent to the recipient. You can also choose from saved Message Templates.
Click in the gray box to browse the file location to select the files you want to upload or drag and drop the desired files into the same gray box. Multiple files may be uploaded at one time.
Click the blue Upload button to send.
A confirmation dialog box will open after you have clicked Upload. Click the Print icon at the top for a print-friendly page.
Click Upload Another File to Same Client at the bottom of the page to send additional files to your client.
