Security is a top priority when it comes to the portals for your office/staff and clients/employees. One of the many safeguards to secure your portals is the limitation of login attempts by our users. When logging into the VO, users are granted only five (5) attempts. If the first two attempts are unsuccessful, users will receive the warning message: Username / Password combination was not found. If the 3rd attempt is unsuccessful, the warning message will read: Username / Password combination was not found. You have two more attempts left before your account is locked. After the 4th unsuccessful attempt, users will receive the following warning message: Username/Password combination was not found. This is your last attempt before your account is locked. If the user is not successful after the 5th attempt, the user will receive the following message: "This account has been locked out. An email to reset your password has been sent The Log provides the owner or office staff the ability to generate a Reset Password link to the user by clicking on the under the Action column. Users can reach out to the Accounting office for assistance or click on the link security@dillners.com to provide their contact information to Dillner's.

Using Logs/Statistics > Locked Users from the left menu, owners and staff may view Locked users consisting of their clients, client employees, and office staff from the Locked users Log.
