Conversations can be accessed by clicking the Conversations bubble on the Control Menu or by selecting Conversations from the left menu.
Left Menu
The following features are located within the Conversations section of the left menu, shown in the screenshot below.
Recent Conversations are retained within the Conversations area for you to access at your convenience. You may use the filters of date range, title, or client name to sort conversations. The left menu link displays the number of Unread conversations in parentheses.
Message Templates can be used to create messages that are often repeated and can be sent with uploaded files. These templates can be edited, saved, and reused at any time.
Automated Email Templates can be customized for your office. They are used in the email notifications which are sent by your office when a new portal is created for a client.
Conversations To Clients allows your office to communicate with one or more clients in a single message without leaving the VO.
Conversations To Staff allows your office to communicate with your staff in one or multiple locations without leaving the VO.
New Conversation
You may create a New Conversation by clicking on the link and selecting the desired group from the drop-down menu. You may communicate with one or more recipients.
Refresh Conversations
Click the Refresh icon to refresh the page.
More Options
The vertical menu provides more options:

Recent Conversations
Recent Conversations can be found in the left panel of the Conversations page.
Search Recent Conversations by using one or more of the Advanced Search filters:
Title—Search by using a keyword from the Conversation Title.
Select Date—Select the date range desired and click the Apply button. The date range selected will display at the bottom of the page. Click the Clear button to clear the date range.
Select Client—Search by Client name by using the drop-down field. You may type the desired name in the Select Client field or scroll down the provided Client List.
Other Conversations
The Other Conversations button is available to users with Owner rights. This allows access to all conversations between Staff and Clients.
