The File Maintenance window shows you the number of files uploaded to clients, uploaded by clients, and in the briefcase. The amount of space used by these files is also displayed. You can also define rules to automatically purge unnecessary files which may slow down performance. You have unlimited space for: Your office has an additional 1GB combined storage space available for Briefcase and Utility files. A surcharge of $10 will be added to your monthly fee for each gigabyte of space used in excess of each limit. Files in the Trash Basket (files deleted within the last 14 days) do not count toward total file space limits. The File Maintenance window provides options to restore files from the Trash Basket. You can define a Maintenance Schedule, which will automatically delete files over a certain age. The Trash Basket is where files are sent when you delete them. Files are saved in the Trash Basket for 14 days (unless you permanently delete the file) and can be restored within that time frame.
