401(K)/Simple Export File

Use File>Exports>Online 401(k) to create two comma separated(csv) files which can be uploaded to
the employer's retirement plan administrator.

Map each Payroll Item to the appropriate value. Choices include:

• Deferral
• Gross Wages/Salary
• Ignore
• Loan Payments
• Matching
• Profit Sharing
• Roth
• Safe Harbor
• Service Hours

The first file contains census data. The file name is the Custodian ID followed by the date.

The second file contains payroll data. The file name is the Custodian ID followed by the Payroll start date and Payroll end date.
