Add Upload File link to Email Signature - Outlook

We're making it even easier for your clients and contacts to upload files to your office's Secure Portal!

Here are the steps to add your Upload link to your Email Signature. 

1. Log into your Secure Portal.
2. From the left menu, click on the Files drop-down arrow and click the Guest Request link or click the Guest Request Quick Tile from your Dashboard.
   
3. Click on the blue Copy Link button at the top right corner. It will generate a green box with the link that was copied.
   
4. Minimize your Secure Portal.
5. Open Outlook.
6. Click on File from the top menu.
   
   
7. Click on Options from the bottom left section.
   
   
   
8. Click on Mail from the Outlook Options left menu.
   
   
   
9. Click on the Signatures box.
   
   
   
10. Click on your Existing signature to Edit.
    
    
    
11. Below your existing signature, type in the following:    Click to
    
    
    
12. Click on insert hyperlink  from the format bar.
    
    
13. Locate the Text to display field and enter the words "UPLOAD FILES".
    
    
    
14. Right-click or Cntrl/V in the Address field to Paste the link that was copied from your portal.
    
    
    
15. Finish the sentence with the following:  to our Secure Office Portal!*  
16. Click OK.
