We continually make improvements and add new features to the Virtual Office to meet your needs. We will update this page and the help articles for the topics affected as we make enhancements to the program so you can be informed and easily learn how to take advantage of these changes. Dillner's has recently implemented a new feature to safeguard the privacy and security of the email content within the Conversations message email notifications. Users can now take advantage of the Hide Email Content feature when initiating a Conversation message with their Accounting Office or Clients. Select the Hide Email Content box on the Conversation Title page of a new conversation. This will hide the email content on the Conversation Email notification going in both directions: from the Accounting Office and to the Accounting Office. When the Hide Email Content box is selected, the envelope icon located at the top right above the message area will be grayed out in a locked position. The hover message will display as "Email content hidden". This cannot be unlocked by the office or the client when responding to Conversation messages. If the Hide Email Content box is not selected at the onset of a Conversation, the envelope icon located at the top right above the message area will be active. The hover message will display as "Email content visible." Any message entered will be visible in the Conversation Email notification sent. Users can "hide a portion" of the conversation message by clicking the envelope icon located at the top right above the message area. The envelope icon will change to the locked position. This will hide only that string of the Conversation message in the email notification. Click the envelope icon again to show email content on the notifications for the remainder of the Conversation, if so desired.
