We continually make improvements and add new features to the Virtual Office to meet your needs. We will update this page and the help articles for the topics affected as we make enhancements to the program so you can be informed and can easily learn how to take advantage of these changes.

Dillner's has recently implemented a new feature to safeguard the privacy and security of our Client Portals.

Location-based security emails will be generated when a user logs into their portal from:

• another computer or device
• a different IP address
• a different browser  

If "Yes" is selected, a "Thank you for your response" message will be displayed.

If "No" is selected, the user will be logged out automatically and the portal will be locked.  A reset password email will be generated to the registered email address for that portal.

These emails have a date and time stamp and include the location of the login. Note: When using a VPN, this could alter the login location and show the location of the VPN server.
