You may create a bookmark in your browser which will automatically log you into the Virtual Office.
For security reasons, you must create the bookmark from the left menu of the portal. You cannot use the CreateBookmark or Favorite buttons in your browser.
Select Management>Create Bookmark from the left menu.
Browser-specific instructions will open. The screenshot below shows an example of these directions. The link provided (shown in step 6 in the example below) is user-specific. Following the steps outlined for your browser will create the shortcut.
The first time you use the bookmark, you will be prompted to set up a Direct Login Pin. You will have to enter this PIN every time you use the bookmark as an added layer of security. If you created a Direct Login Pin when you were setting up your user profile page, you will not be prompted to create a new one.
Type the characters displayed in the captcha. This field is not case sensitive and provides an added layer of security. The refresh button will load a new captcha if necessary.
You may set up a shortcut on your desktop for this bookmark or favorite by following instructions on how to do so provided by your browser.
