Dillner's File Transfer Utility

The Dillner's File Transfer Utility (FTU) is needed to transfer multiple files at one time.  This utility is available for the Microsoft Windows operating system only.

All offices and clients who will be transferring multiple files from FCA, PBM, Dillner's File Center, or using Print to Portals will need to install the FTU. The installation process outlined below will vary slightly for each browser.

1. Using the left menu in the VO, select Management>Power Tools.
2. Click on the Dillner's File Transfer Utility button to download the install file.
   
   
   
   
3. Open the downloaded file.
   
   • If you are using Chrome, the utility file will appear at the lower-left corner of the window. Click the caret and select Open.
   •  If you are using Edge or Firefox, the utility file will appear at the top right corner of the window. Click on the .exe file to open it.
4. Click Yes in the User Account Control dialog box to allow the file to install the software to your device.
5. The next dialog box will indicate that you are about to install the FTU on your computer.
   
   
   
   
6. When the Setup Wizard opens, click the Next button.
   
   
   
   
7. When the installation is complete, a dialog box will open to indicate that the software has been successfully installed. Click Close to exit.
