    Control Menu

    The Control Menu can be accessed in the top right corner of your Dashboard.

    • Click the Updates mceclip1.png icon to view the latest VO updates.
    • Click the Conversations mceclip2.png icon to access Recent Conversations.
    • Click the Impersonation mceclip4.png icon to impersonate a client or staff member.
    • Select the Settings mceclip11.png icon for Dashboard Customization, Color Scheme, or modify your Profile.
    • Click the Logout mceclip3.png icon to log out.
